We will take back most returns for 30 DAYS from the date the order was placed. Just pack the part up in its original package and send it back. DO NOT SEND BACK USPS and DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX see procedure below.
We have a 10% restock fee on all returns except for cores.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Handling charges are not refundable
Once placed an order can NOT be canceled.
Core Return Policy
Cores must be returned within 30 days. (at your expense)
Cores must be a factory OEM part in the original GM box or package. Aftermarket cores or cores without the GM package will not be accepted. Aftermarket cores or cores without the GM packaging that are returned to us will be thrown away and no credit given. We will not ship unaccepted cores back to you. GM will not accept aftermarket cores.
Cores must not have any physical damage to receive credit.
No Refunds will be issued after 30 DAYS.
Parts orders without a VIN are not returnable.
No return on any electrical parts even if the package is unopened. An electrical item is anything that has power to it or through it.
No return on special order parts.
No return on discontinued or vintage parts.
No return on clearance Items.
NO REFUND will be given on items sent back to us via USPS
If you've received a part that is damaged you'll have two options for resolution. (Option 1) You may reorder and pay for a replacement. Upon receipt of your return we will issue full credit. (Option 2) You can return the item for exchange, but we will not send your replacement until we have verification from Fed EX that your return is in transit back to us which can take several days. In both options, we will pay for return shipping and send you a return label via email. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which option works best for you.
We just ask for a couple of courtesies. We cannot take back used, installed or tried parts. No return on any electrical parts. Parts must be resaleable and in their original packaging. Cores must be drained if applicable and in their original packaging.The box is just as important as the part. Do not write on the box and make sure all GM labels are not removed or crossed out. You do not need a return authorization, but we would like to be informed via e-mail so we can expect the part and credit the correct account in a timely manner when it gets here.
Please include a copy of your invoice with the return. We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts that we find to have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above return criteria.
