Return Policy

Returns Policy

  • If you provided your VIN during checkout, you are covered by our 100% compatibility guarantee. If the part you receive does not match your vehicle, we will cover return shipping expenses and will exchange or fully refund the product within 30 days of receipt. 
  • If you did not provide your VIN at the time of order, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and you will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. 
  • Returns under $10 are not returnable. 
  • Returns must be mailed back to us, as confirmed by a carrier scan on the tracking number, within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Parts should be returned in the original packaging in a resalable condition. 
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless in the case of wrong parts received, damage, or defects. 
  • If you received a damaged part or something you did not order, please contact us with images prior to mailing. 
  • If you received a defective part, please call 866-490-2313 prior to mailing. Many parts require programming to function properly.
  • We cannot accept damaged or defective returns if you used a freight forwarder or hand carry to export this out of the country. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria. 
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • No return on any electrical parts even if the package is unopened. An electrical item is anything that has power to it or through it.
  • If the part number label is damaged or missing, returns will not be accepted.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return requests need to be within 30 days of receipt.
  • Most returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 
  • For freight orders customers must arrange return shipping. 

Return Procedure

  • Once we authorize a return we will send you a return label.  Tape the return label over the original shipping label. 
  • Repackage the part in the box it came in.  DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX
  • Please do not cover any part numbers or other labels on the box. 

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be canceled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the canceled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 25% may apply.

Core Return Policy

  • Cores must be returned within 30 days. (at your expense)
  • Cores must be a factory OEM part in the original GM box or package. Aftermarket cores or cores without the GM package will not be accepted. Aftermarket cores or cores without the GM packaging that are returned to us will be thrown away and no credit given. We will not ship unaccepted cores back to you. GM will not accept aftermarket cores.
  • Cores must not have any physical damage to receive credit.

Damaged/Lost Items
